WWC Bounce frags!!

My package arrived this am and I picked it up at FedEx at 9:20. Excellent packaging (no leaks), heat pack was just right and everything arrived in tip top shape. Bounce shroom was already inflated inside the bag and throughout the acclimation process more came out. Thanks for the great freebies as well. Great seller here R2R community and excellent communication. Buy from this seller with confidence.

This is a little story of what kind of a seller I am.

I shipped a bounce last Monday. The customer revived it and was inflated when he got the pack. Well this morning he sent me a pic of it. It turned into brown goo. I'm going to send him a new frag after the holidays. I know I posted a DOA only, but I wouldn't feel right letting someone loose $500 plus shipping.
 
Wow thats amazing you are giving someone an entire week long return policy when you stated DOA. That buyer really lucked out. Everyone knows there are risks involved when purchasing and acclimating new coral. I always expect that I may lose any frag and I wouldnt blame the seller after it arrives to me healthy.
 
FWIW, and it may not be much, but I have revived brown goo more than once. I just set the shroom into a container in my overflow area. I usually know within7 days. Every new coral goes into this area before it goes into the main display.
 
I had one that look very nasty after a large scape rock fall right on top, all the bubble look flat and I thought it death, but after a week it go back to normal and the bubble event bigger than before.
 
He never blamed me. I've had great luck being a seller. As a person I felt that's the right thing to do. Such a huge loss for me.

Stephanie is a great reputable seller. Although the bounce was detached from the plug during shipment, it seemed fine and after I placed it in my mature frag system in low light and in a container with screen mesh over it so it didn't have a chance to float away and get lost in my 100 gallon system. After a few days when I returned from my business trip there was only a brown goo in the frag plug where the mushroom was (it's still in there and shows no sign of reviving). Although Stephanie did not have to do anything to replace the shroom, she did. She is getting into SPS and I will be sending her a nice frag pack in exchange for a new bounce. Thanks Stephanie for the great communication and for being a great seller. I will definitely be a loyal customer of Stephanie's just because of what she did even though she was not required to do so.

I cut a wwc bounce that I had for several months, not my first time cutting it... was bubbled up for 2 days, then brown goo...

I also purchased from this seller but I was weary to find out that Stephanie11 also sells on this forum under the name moulton712. Under forum rules is one person allowed to sell under multiple usernames?
