I have not looked at their pack but I have ordered Zoo's from them very heathy and growing well

i want to say stay away from the frag packs.
although with LPS its hard to go wrong.
i order the Acro frag pack and it was just so so at best. i mean you certainly get your moneys worth but just dont expect an high-end item to accidentally fall into the pack.
