WWC Purple Monster?

Are these purple monsters? That's what they were sold to me as, but the purple monsters I see online seem to have solid purple in the middle.

they actually could be, the lighting is definitely different. but i dont see specs on theirs..
the border of the zoo is a solid black

The patterns change under high low light. I've found mine under about 150 par medium to high flow and this is what they look like

the baby polyps i have start out solid purple just near the mouth and as they get bigger to full size the purple expands to the lashes. At least what I've noticed with mine and they came direct from WWC so i know the lineage is confirmed.

Hi no they do not. The purple monsters I have always have pretty much solid purple that expands out to the lashes as they grow. I have a zoa that looks like yours as well and they definitely look different than the purple monster. The purple monsters have a bright purple as well that really makes it pop.

Yeah I'm thinking they're not purple monsters. Do you know the name of the other ones you have?

Few years back there were morphs called shape shifters. This was a recent pic of a purple monster I just took in one of my tanks lineage is direct to wwc from 3 years back

They were named purple hallucination. Also a very nice zoa just not $75 a polyp.

Yeah looked into it more. I THINK they are shapeshifters/pink hallucinations. But this all is very confusing and maybe they all morph into each other depending on light/flow.
