Update:
Finally, I was able get a hold of the vendor and inquired about the status of my recent order. As mentioned in my first post, I have yet to received any notification about my order and I also noticed that their website has been down. In addition, my order should have been sent yesterday for todays arrival since the items ordered were all WYSIWYG, but I highly doubt they were shipped because of lack of communication from the vendor. After a few hours of contacting the vendor I finally got a replied which simply stated, "i will look into why site is down and get back to you with your order." As of this time, I have yet to recieve any notification about my order, but I did noticed that their website is online. As of this moment, it might be a premature opinion about the vendor, but I am highly concerned about my order and dissapointed in how the process has been handled. The fact that I have to actively seek and find ways for some type of communication with the vendor to occur it speaks volume on their part about their customer service. Now I am beginning to worry about my order since their customer service has been non existent at best. Again, I am highly dissapointed with the vendor and I hope the vendor tries harder in regards to customer concerns. Hopefully with better communication and professionalism from the vendors part we can resolve this simple issue. I will update members here as this story progesses.
