I ordered a black and white Maxima clam from Zoanuts and it showed up DOA.
And yes it was a true zebra black and white.

I supplied pic's of the dead clam to them and they said no prob.
This is the second time this has happened to me on a black and white Maxima.
Well after about 3 or 4 months now of fighting them for my refund I am out my money for the clam.
Initially they gave me a credit and I used it on another clam and also bought a Acan to go along with it. They explained to me that they would be out of town for a few days and couldn't ship. I said no problem. Well two weeks went by and I didn't hear a thing. No response to email and no answer to phone messages. Then I saw the clam and Acan placed back on the site for sale. I then filed a Pay Pal claim and got the money back for the Acan but not a refund for the clam...
SO I contacted my bank, told them the scenario and they said no prob, we can get your money back. Well it has been two months now and today I got a letter stating that I authorized the transaction so no refund for me.
I will never ever recommend them again, they have the worst customer policy and customer service.
