WXM - Vortech issue

So, I have a WXM which controls two mp10s, I run mostly Reefcrest, NTM and TSM with the later two running anti-sync mode. I noticed over the weekend that even though my apex says they are both running NTM/anti-sync, the mp10s are not actually running the NTM; rather they are just running at random power. I turned the both pumps off and on and they started to run the correct mode right away. It happened both days on the weekend and I suspect it happens randomly

Did anyone face this? Any idea how I can fix this?

have you checked if the firmware for the apex and wxm is up to date?

Not since last year. I will get on that. They seem to be working propely when I checked today.
