Is anyone using the ATO feature on the X2SR? I love that it's integrated so that is shuts off during an exchange. However, it scares the pants off me there isn't a max run refill time limit on it. I know there is the backup anti-overflow float sensor, but it's another mechanical switch that can and will eventually fail.
Seems like it would be so simple for them to only allow the ATO pump to run for a max or a configurable number of seconds. So even when both switches fail, it will only run for example. for 10 seconds, cut off the pump and send an alarm to be cleared before it resumes. I made a feature with support. They said they would raise it with Kamoer. Maybe if more people request it, it might expedite the feature.
