Is any other coral in the tank doing the same thing ?
Did you float the coral for acclimation ?
After that, I don’t know - Xenia is pretty hardy

Xenia and GSP? Hopefully you've got other rock in there. I just pulled off a 20" x 8" piece of GSP that I had growing on the back wall of a tank. It grew that much in about 12mos.

As for the xenia, its probably fine, they'll "wilt" from time to time as long as its not disintegrating you're probably OK.

GSP Vs Xenia ... battle royal for tank dominance.
I had green Star polyps in my first tank and it took over about 1/2 of my tank.

But with a good power head or two it is really cool to watch

The GSP are growing beautifully it was the Xenia Im new too .. Thanks for the input guys as always You ROCK!!
