Hello fellow Reefers!

If anyone has any Xenia coral, please let me know down below or pm me. I have been looking for some for awhile now, and I have had no luck.

Thanks

I have a nice mother plant of pulsing blue Xenia I can frag.

I have 3 frags ready to go. North Brunswick, NJ. Pick up only. PM me if you're interested.

I have a variety of Xenia that I got originally from GARF about 19 years ago. I don't remember if it was their "Portland Pulser" or something else. The appealing characteristic of this Xenia is that it won't spread like wildfire and take over your tank. That and it gets large without splitting. Yes you can get it to split, but you almost have to try. I have been supplying it locally to hobbyists and fish stores for almost 20 years. I call it "Single Stalk Xenia". I have grown it to 14" tall with a single stalk as big around as your wrist. At this size it will have 40 to 50 heads that are about 2-3 inches in diameter. The whole thing pulsing wildly. Right now I have two parent colonies with the largest one being 7 inches tall. I cut entire heads off of it to clone frags. It just keeps regenerating itself. I highly recommend this variety over the common Pom Pom type that you are finding out there. Like the ones in the pictures above. They will spread and take over your rock work unless you are able to isolate it and are willing to

keep on it!

Hey man, are you coming to New Jersey anytime soon? I am wondering if I could get some of that Xenia from ya. Please let me know. Thanks.

I have a nice rock full of it I can frag from. It's actually starting to roam so the timing is good. I'm in MD but travel north up the NJTP pretty frequently for work. Mine originated from WWC and is a pale pink.
