Hi everyone I just bought some new corals today from my LFS and I got a Xenia, I went out for a bit and i tapped my frag rack and pieces of the Xenia were flying around like crazy, I’m assuming this isn’t normal, any suggestions on what’s going on or what I should do here? I’ll post a photo of when i first put it in my tank vs what it looks like right now

Wow, I have never seen this from a xenia before. They are usually a very good and hardy coral for a beginner. If pieces of it are falling off then it clearly isn't healthy. I'll have the experts come and take a look at this one my friend. I want to make sure that that xenia lives. I hope he can help you out here. @Jay Hemdal

Whats your nitrate and phosphates at? They love it dirty. What other corals are near it. They get wrecked by just about everything.
