You must really like it. Most would be taking the opportunity to get rid of it. Razor blade will get it off the glass then put some rubble rock on top of the stalks and it will attach pretty quick. Maybe a day or two.
You can scrape them off with a razor blade but they sometimes are too slimy to attach with glue. Gently sandwiching bewtween pieces of rubble rock works or you can also use a rubber band to attach them. Again, the rubber band has to be just snug enough to hold them against the rock.
That looks more like Anthelia, it's quite invasive, and will grow in a dirty sock. Peel and scrape it off, remove mother colony if you can not contain it or want it to take over real estate.
Looks like nuff said. Lol. I agree it looks like anthelia. But I like it too. A razor will work. It will reattach to anything. I do see the pom pom xenia in there though. So maybe its the angle.
Thank you for all the reply. Trex you are right, this thing takes over the take like crazy in a very short amount of time. I was going to keep them because my wife loves the "wavy stuff". But its a pain to keep under control.
It looks like you have antheila and red sea xenia . Like others say scrape it off the glass with a razor blade .
Place cutting in a tupper ware container with crushed coral or seaflor on the bottom . Cover it with wedding veil and a rubber band until it attaches to the CC or SF .
Glue them to rubble rocks . If there are two stalks together just rubber band loosel to rubble rock that can hold both . When they attach break the rr in half.
I love xenia but always kept it at a minimum so it doesn't get out of control . Just gave it to the local lfs periodically
