Xenia hitchhiker ID please

Had a nice Xenia frag shrivel up all of a sudden after several months of significant growth. It’s been 2 weeks and still not looking any better so I did a quick CoralRx dip tonight and probably 10-15 of these little worm things came out (ignore the sand).

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
