I have some anthelia in my 30g's fuge (as well as in my DT unfortunately), along with a 10g tank that temporarily houses 2 clowns and a flasher wrasse (decent bio-load). It seems to do a pretty good job of absorbing nutrients. I usually detect a small nitrate spike in my 30gal whenever I take the lawnmower to it.
