Xenia looks dead what should I do?

Check parameters if there is something obviously wrong, but you probably don't need to do anything. Xenia is bulletproof, it will come back after few days once everything is back in place.
Mine receded to some blob-like shape when I mistankenly turned off the heater in my pico. After a week was better than before

Agree either a parameters or lighting issue. Can we have some details on the tank?

My parameters are perfect.
Nitrate:0ppm
Phosphate: .1ppm
Salinity: 1.024
Kh: 8
Magnesium: 1186
Temperature: 76
Maybe. Maybe not. You have .1 PO4 and no NO3. What does your tank look like. Do you have algae? Soft corals tend to like higher nutrients. Since you have .1 PO4 (assuming you are testing correctly) you need to have NO3 at least detectable.

This. Also might want to raise the temp a degree. Most run between 77 and 78. Mag is a tad low but probably not the issue.

No algae, I got my test today from a pet store.
What tests did they use? As stated above 0 nitrate is not good and phosphate is quite high. Use some chemipure elite in your filter basket and feed a little more.

Nitrate should be between 3-10 ppm increase nitrate
phos should be .03 - .1 you good here
Salinity should be closer to nature sea water at 1.026
KH good here
mag 1200-1350 little higher is ok 1500 some keep this high to avoid algae
temp good here

my 2 cents.
