XF-330 keeps shutting off

I have am having an issue where my xf-330 will be ramping up and after a few seconds it will turn off (pump is off and display says off) for a few seconds and then ramps back up again. It keeps doing this over and over.

it is on gyre mode with a 30 second ramp up, 30 minutes on, 30 minutes in reverse with the B pump (XF-350) on anti-sync.

any ideas how to correct this?

Hi, may we know if the issue remains, how about swapping the Pump A and B and check whether it's pump or controller issue?
