Hi there, I was going to open a support case with Coralvue on the website, but thought if I'm doing something wrong, it might be more useful to others (if they experience the same challenge) here.

I just added a second XF330 to my Original XF330/controller setup. The second pump won't come on or do anything. Things I've done in troubleshooting:
-Made sure the controller "sees" the second pump as an XF330 (push both buttons at the same time so it shows the pumps)
-Ensured that the program shows both pumps (it does)
-Tried manual and the pre-set programs (no joy)
-Swapped the physical connection of the "main", or A pump with the new one ("B" pump) and then new "B" pump worked and the "A" pump did not. So I don't think it's a problem with pump "head"

Anyway, I'm out of ideas and thought I'd check here to see if you guys/gals can tell me what I'm missing (besides a working "B" pump obviously :) )

Hi, thanks for your support. May we double confirm:
1) Did you select the correct pump model(XF330) before using the new pump? (From Item 1 of your post, you may have done it)

2) If 1) is correct, then could you set Pump B on constant speed mode, and see if it can work?

3) May we have its serial number, which is labeled behind the controller.

Hi there and thanks for getting back to me so quickly!

1- yes, the pump is set to the XF330
2 - I just tried on constant mode and the same thing happens, nothing.
