Xf350 is seized up

Randomly the newest (6mo) xf350 of ours will just lock up and stop running. The motor block and impeller shaft is very beat up.

Bought April of 2021, I tried a support ticket a moment ago but it would seem that there is some php to fix for the smtp mail server. I have the photo of the box I can send.
