Xfer to display or remain in QT

I have in QT, an Ignitus Anthias, Sailfin/Algae Blenny, and a Midas Blenny

They have done two weeks of GC for deworming
They have just finished two weeks of copper treatment

My plan was to move the 3 of them into a new QT tank today (no copper/meds) and observe for 2 weeks. The Anthias lost a lot of fins to rot and while active, eating, and seemingly disease free, I want to see him heal more.

That all said, the Algae Blenny is looking super thin. He tries the pellets I put in (Hikari Marine Herb) but usually spits it out. Doesn't go for nori or mysis.

So my question is, do I move the Blenny to the DT where there is ample algae on the rocks for him to feed? I worry I might lose him in QT.

Things I've been considering:
-Him not eating could mean he's not totally healthy
-Algae Blennys can be picky eaters?
-My DT isn't 100% guaranteed ich free. While the tank was setup sterile and all fish were QT. I did add some snails and an urchin to my fuge without QT. While it likely isn't there, I have not been as strict as @Humblefish suggests
-I may be overly sensitive to his weight as my previous Algae Blenny was super fat (before tank had to be reset)

i would put the blenny in the display. you can always take him back out if he continues to decline but if he eats from the rocks, then he has a better chance since he would at least be getting food

Thanks Bullet, not to take this thread immediately into a different direction, but I kinda operate under the if they go in there's only one way they come back out mindset lol. I wouldn't have a clue on how to catch him again without taking all the rocks out and netting, which would probably be super traumatic to all involved (at least this is a FOWLR, but still). Are there good strategies I should research? I figure that if someone in the tank gets sick either the tank gets dosed or their food does. Haven't really thought about how I could get them back out.

Back to the question at hand thou, my thinking is more or less sound that at this point the blenny "should" be clean given the protocol. And as another data point, he never showed any signs of disease or stress during QT aside from not eating a lot, so everything has been prophylactic for him
