I'm approaching 8 full weeks of a fishless tank. About 20 more days before I can reintroduce fish. I went to my LFS and they had one, maybe 10" long with 4" streamers. My question is, is my 200 gallon "big" enough for him?

I'd say no. You can do it but in my experience the long term health of the fish will suffer. If you're dead set on a large tang for your tank, a Naso is it. They're more "chill" than other large tangs. But I would go for one in the 6" range if I were you. Those streamers sure are cool though aren't they.
