xp aqua duetto burst mode?

I just installed this new ATO on my build and I noticed it comes on and goes off in 1 or 2 second bursts? I have relocated the tube as I read this could be an issue if it is close to the eye. Well that didnt help. I also restarted it by pulling the plug but that didnt help either. Does anyone have this ATO and does it do the same thing?

I have the same ATO and have never had that issue. Only issue I have with it is that it flashes blue and orange. Saying sensor needs be clean.
