XR 15 x pro gen 3

Having some issues with one of my xr 15 s . It is turn off before the other light and in the morning does not come on I need to plug out to get it on. The buttons on top are flashing red. I have factory reset the light updated the light. Reconnected to reeflink and set program but nothing has worked. Lunar phase offf as I wondered did this turn it off in evening. Buttons are disabled on it. None of the less flash only the buttons on the top of the light. Have some gen 4 on order but want to use this on a frag tank along with a gen 3 30 I have. Any help would be awesome

From the manual:

Red and white is a firmware issue.

• Reinstall firmware using firmware upgrade option through USB.

• To do this, right-click on the Connection Manager and select

USB Device > Firmware Upgrade

No idea what’s going on. I did all you said factory reset light to be sure update the light then I calibrated it to make sure all the meds are working. Reconnected to reeflink then set program to match my other light but now it’s going off before the other light. No faults or lights flashing. Lunar mode is off buttons disabled so totally confused. Going to take a part tomorrow to make sure all connections are secure. Really have no idea what’s up
