Xr15 G5 pro light problem

So I got my G5s ordered before they were even announced and love them so far. I haven’t had many issues and möbius hasn’t been much of a problem as long as your close by. So while I build the 550 gallon system I have about $70k of high end coral stuffed in the biocube 29 with a single xr15 G5 pro and a reef brite add on. Today I get up and look at the tank at 10:30 which the light should be on then and it’s still dark so I look and check all connections and all look good and power bricks look fine but no matter what I do I can’t get this light to turn on? I have Thai red sign as well.

Sometimes I have similar issues, but the light keeps working fine.
What I do to fix it, is unplug it for a few seconds... and then the light is quickly connected again.

I have done that In the past and it worked but I’ve tried it twice now before you posted and once after and still nothing.

This is really unfortunate... and I’m also a bit worried that one day this won’t work for me as well.
My backup plan is to try to reset the light manually via the buttons.
I need to confirm it how... if I remember well, by holding the power button... to be confirmed...

Not sure what the problem was, but I just changed out lights for a new G5 xr15 pro I had sitting in the box and reloaded my settings. It was only a hour into my schedule so not a big deal for me luckily.
