XR15 G6 Loose Screw Hole - Does this matter?

I just bought 2 used XR15s and I was wondering if it matters if this area is loose/wobbly in both of the fixtures.

I have a hexbit that fits this area but it seems like it just spins.

Is it ok that this area pulls up/wobbles? I plan to use the clamp on RMS arms to mount these.

I would attach the RMS mount and ensure there's no play after you tighten them. They shouldn't generally move.

When I attach the RMS mount there is no play so hopefully they are good to go...hopefully
