XR15 power issue

Seems the connection between my power supply and radion isnt connecting properly. I think it's the male end. When I go to connect it the lifhts in the top quickly flash red but nothing happens. When I play with the cord it continues to flash sporadically.. Has anyone had this issue? Im sending it in on Monday but assuming ecosmart won't fix it so probably gonna have to attempt to replace that connector myself.

Try using another socket or leaving it in a dry area in case of any water damage
I wouldn’t reccomend tinkering with electronics especially if they are flickering but if you decide to make sure your grounded so you don’t get electrocuted

Try another power supply... My stuff is all mixed up so I sometimes plug it into the wrong power supply and the lights doesnt like that... Ibe labled all mine now so that doesnt happen again

I've tried a bunch of different power supplies. It's almost like they don't seat together right enough. I'll try putting the tips in rice incase there is moisture in the connection.
