XR15 pro went out

It would seem that my xr15 pro went out this morning.when when I connect the wire from the power supply to the light it flashes red for a second then nothing. Kaput. I spent the first few hours of the day playing with it thinking something was wrong with the Apex wxm modual but it seems to be working fine. I also tried other plugs to see if the plug on the power strip was bad but it checks out good.I may have to contact Ecotech to see if there is something that they can do. Good thing I have a spare Kessil A360 around with a goose neck. Any ideas as to whet to try before I contact Ecotech?

Did you plug the light directly into the wall?

also, do you have another transformer box you could try? Ecotech uses those massive black boxes.

Yes I tryed to plug directly into the wall and the same thing happened

They have a fuse some where, I never took mine apart but they sell spare fuses for them online.

Good idea to try a different power supply if you have one available. Otherwise i think you’ll need yo contact ETM customer service.
