I never said you had bad intentions, I said it was shady when you had 2 people pay and neither of us could get a hold of you all day. That is enough to open a dispute, as both of us had paid and you were MIA. You then wanted me to close the dispute without having gotten any money or the item, which was also shady.

Maybe if you used your own paypal account to handle your transactions, things would be a lot easier for you.

Your right and maybe if you would handle your own business and not go off the word of a buyer that got passed up instead of the seller you would have gotten a good deal we can go all day with pointing the finger at what could have been. I took responsibility for my mistakes maybe you should take a step back and look at it from outside your box

I responded seven minutes after you sent it and said I would buy it. You took 45 minutes to send your PayPal info and I paid you as soon as I woke up as I stated.

Man, if you're set on selling it someone else after you posted in this very thread that you were going to go in order, sure. Refund it. I told you I was coming off of a night shift and would take it, then paid you within an hour of you sending the PayPal info. Seems to be wrong to me that you skipped over me and onto another person.

I'd like to receive the item since I was up to buy it and paid for it.

and........ you can’t ask buyers to send money as friends and family. that would remove their ability to file a claim. the paypal fees get charged to the seller, not the buyer. NEVER send funds using friends and family for transactions like these.
 
No not at all considering he was trying to buy something and I was looking to not spend all day waiting for a payment after having people before him being tire kickers but your once again using his situation to try and benefit your BS. LET IT GO MAN!!!!!! Quit grasping for why you acted prematurely and made this harder. He wasn’t ever the problem I think you have proved where the problem lies.

it's not worth the time, you clearly don't think you are at fault for any of this....so I'll let this thread speak to potential future buyers on you.

That would’ve had had been done in the beginning which is why I said I would make a new sale thread as obviously things have now changed thanks for the information but this sale thread is no longer that which are not for discussions about rules and such. Also about your comment about me not being trustworthy I don’t know why you would make that assumption about be because of one incident in 8 years of being on here?

its a substantial incident. i suggest you refresh your memory on the rules for selling. especially regarding fees. and to tell someone to close a paypal claim before they even get their refund???????

My Fiancé’s PayPal, I gave sufficient amount of time to reply considering the responses beforehand were immediate until time to pay, if you know about PayPal when a claim is made they take the $ and make it pending so it wasn’t there to send back......
 
I talked to them and when found out they could refund the $ as I was told from the PayPal rep before that $ wasn’t in my account because of a open claim not sure I can be at blame for not knowing how this all works since I haven’t ever had to deal with it before....
 
The situation has been resolved though so thank you for your input. I am obviously in the wrong here and all of this is my fault but this could have been handled so much better from other parties as well as myself but to say that I am not trustworthy is completely uncalled for and it’s a shame that assumption would be made about someone because of one situation.
 
Yeah I’m just amazed at how quickly this got so ugly. In 8 years of selling and buying never dealt with a situation like this or having people act this way. Just bad all around. Myself included for getting so low

you are to blame because you are the seller and all the issues were within your control. learn from it and move on.
