Ya reckon this is a Pyramellid snail?

Found this fella on one of my maximas (which prompted this question) but looks like a Nass. Of course pyrs look like nass' so I'm going to err on the side of safety and dump it (if it's a Nass, they're cheap) but wanted to confirm my suspicion that it's a pyr so I can keep an entirely too OCD eye on my clams.

Def not a pyram. I agree looks whelkish...keep an eye out for more.

Thanks guys. It seems like a quick mover for a whelk as it moves at those blindingly fast (for a snail) nassarius speeds. I'll look for more or bigger ones so we can get a more positive ID.
