Yay coraline algae

Yay my coraline algae has started . The tips of my love rock have turned purple. Now that it has finally started . Any idea how long till the entire rocks get covered in it ?

Depends on your parameters and stability. The more ideal your parameters and the more stable you're able to keep them, the faster the algae will grow. The same can be said with most coral; the better the conditions, the happier the coral.

When I had MH it took about 1.5 years or so. Rock where completely purple, it was pretty

Try to keep the nitrate and phosphat is zero and with stability other elements
