Yellow Circle appeared on clownfish head... ID?

My maroon clownfish has a yellow circle above its head, which looks like a sting mark. It has a tiny black mark at the center of the yellow circle, which to me looks like a tiny scratch. Any thoughts??? Could this be from getting too close to my fox face? Or is it parasitic?

Not sure that’s a sting as sting generally appears as either little bumps representing a small rash OR little black dots.
This may be viral or post injury

It looks like a skin reaction to an injury of some sort - that's the only one it is showing? Any other symptoms like rapid breathing or lack of appetite?

That is the only feature. No additional symptoms. The fish continues to eat. The dot/yellow circle seemed much less intense today, it is almost back to her normal coloration! So I suspect it was just a flare up from an injury. Thank you
