After much research I’ve read besides crabs and snails these fish are completely coral safe ? So a month in mines nipping at my elegance my scoly my trachy corals and also my torch coral just so happened to start going downhill the same month I got him. There are definitely no pests on these corals that I can see idk how I’m gonna be able to even catch him as he’s attacking about a thousand dollars worth of coral any advice ?! I literally wanna watch where he sleeps at night and crush him with a rock which I’m about to do

You should look at fish traps

They generally don’t and may be targeting food particles.
place your phone on video mode for about an hour and walk away.
Come back and review video and you’ll see if coris is truly attacking the coral or not

I had a sixline that started to eat polyp's from my aqua delight. It died 3 days after it started to go polyp munching.

He does it all day long not just when it’s feeding time he’ll do a lap come back nip and repeat all day

Not gonna waste more money on a fish trap I guess it’s crushing time sadly what a beautiful fish guess I’m just unlucky lol
