Yellow coris wrasse changing color??

I’ve had this guy since he was a baby now 2 years later it’s like his face is starting to look more like a banana wrasse? Is it possible the fish store made a mistake?

pictures? most wrasses go through a visual change. from baby, to juvenile, to adult. my YCW does have some orange in his face

They do go through color phases but minimal. Most significant is the 2 black eye looking spots on the dorsal fin followed by loss of one of those spots, blue appears on the fin and color of banana wrasse as you described
