Hello everyone I have a 20 gallon with two small clowns. would I be able to get a small yellow coris wrasse as well?

You sure could but that would not be a suitable life long home. I've got a 3.5" model in a 20 gt currently and it is too small.

If you got one that was <1” then you could potentially keep the wrasse for longer (I had a .25” Blue Star Leopard in an 18” cube for just under a year). However once it gets to 3 inches you’ll want to think about rehoming as they will be much more active.
