Yellow coris

I've had him for about 1 month and I QT’d him before that. Since he’s been in the tank he has these white blemishes and I have seen him flashing on rocks randomly from time to time (seen it happen twice) / you can only see the blemishes in the blues. None of my other fish show signs or anything. He is followed around the tank every now and then by my yellow eye kole tang but I’ve never seen it as very aggressive. He eats, breaths and swims with no problems. It’s very hard to get a good photo but this is the best I could. It’s not specs or dots like ich. It looks like blemishes of different sizes.

No I haven’t. I can try to catch him and fw dip him.
