Yellow fin damsel showing white spots

This morning checking the tanked saw this yellow tail blue damsels
With white spots on its lower tail and lower rear end
Any ideas
No other places on its body other fishes look ok

That fish looks to have been on the wrong end of some aggression. Do you have clowns in the tank?

Hard to tell in that image what is going on, looks like it could Uronema Marinum or other bacterial infection.

You need to start treatment in a QT. An image of the fish in the water will help to nail it down.

I’m playing him in Qt now
As I was looking at the fish as I do every morning I saw another damsel chasing him. There are thre in the tank he is the largest of the three.
I just broke my QT down couple days ago too as I haven’t added anything in several weeks.
Looking I have saltwater available I have him in a fishnet separate from everyone else right now

Looks like he got a beating and than stressed out succumbed.

they were fine for a long time
But thinking about I do have a clown that is a bully

I do agree it looks like a beating and possibly infection. For an infection treatment with kanaplex, metroplex, and furan 2 is in order.

The first two are dosed every other day, furan every day. An acrflavine bath would be a good head start as well.

To be honest though I think this fish is done

it does look like he got the poo beat out of him. it also looks infected. The furan2 will help, but you may want to add kanaplex and metroplex to the mix as 4ford mentioned.
