Yellow fin wrasse bloated

Had him for about a year. Full quarantine but came home today and noticed a simi bloated stomach. Seems alittle skittish and hides behind rock more than usual. Could this be intestinal. Thanks

Constipation can cause the bloating. Try feeding boiled green peas that have the skin removed.

Can also try adding 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons of tank water of plain USP Epsom salts to the tank. It's a laxative.
