I'm looking to add a bit color to my tank and I realized I really don't have any yellow. I do have a "yellow" scopas tang, but that's more yellow/brown then anything and I also added a royal gramma for a little more color. What yellow is out there? I don't want a yellow tang and already have a golden pygmy angel, so I'm thinking a lemonpeel or similar dwarf angel is probably out of the question. The tank is 250 gallons.

Fish list:

Fish:
Moorish Idol
CBB
Quoyi Parrot Fish
Golden Pygmy Angel
CF Lanceolatus fairy wrasse pair
Lunatus Fairy Wrasse
Exquisite Wrasse Supermale
Eightline Flasher Wrasse Supermale
Cleaner Wrasse
meleagris leopard wrasse
Ornate Leopard Wrasse
Potters Leopard Wrasse
Yellow Scopas Tang
Maculicepps Tang
Lightning Maroon Clown pair
Red Stripe Tile Fish
Caribbean deepwater snowbass
Royal Gramma

H. chrysus is a fantastic fish. Low key, doesn't bother inverts (at least mine doesn't). They also get big enough they wouldn't look lost in a larger tank like yours. It's also about the only wrasse I'd consider trying more than one of a species.

Love the yellow "coris" wrasse!

Yellow corris wrasse and a male lyretail anthias
Exactly. But he is not yellow. He's got some yellow in him.

I like this purple fish better, but he also doesn't have much yellow in him.

My old yellow cories added loads of yellow to my tank. Had two and the mating behavior was a plus. Mine was quite nice to any new fish additions and also other Wrasses and shrimps... not always the case though.
