I've had many Yellow Gobies over the years but I just got 2 and one of them is picking on one of my high end acros. He's picking the flesh off or irritating the coral enough that it's not opening up. I've never had a Yellow do this before.
Anyone have one do this?
Thx

Yellow goby as in Clown goby? If yes, then yes they will pick the slime off acros, that's what they do in the wild.

I knew that other clown gobies ate sps polyps but have never seen the yellows tear into a sps like one of the two I have. Just my luck:mad: Now I have to figure out how to catch the little pest:confused:

Every fish is different, I had a black clown goby that ate the polyps off my hydnophora, but nothing else, it never did much damage though, just would pick at it every once in awhile.

Mine has done a number on my FF Red Stag. Had to move it until I can catch the murder:mad:
