Any ideas on what is causing this on my Yellow Kole Eye Tang?

He is currently in QT undergoing his third therapeutic week in copper (Using the Hannah Copper Check for Copper Levels). His face began looking like this early in the copper treatment, and hasn’t gotten any better or worse since. He is asymptomatic of any disease; he eats/swims/acts normally.
Prior to copper, he underwent 2 rounds of PraziPro as a prophylactic treatment. He is also in QT with a Whitecheek Tang (No issues), Lyretail Anthias (No Issues), and Blue/Green Chromis (which I believe has Uronema Marinum).

Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

What are you feeding her? Looks like HLLE to me

The tank gets 1/4 sheet algae daily, NLS pellets (Algeamax formula), and Brine Shrimp. He mainly eats the algae sheet and shrimp though.

And the Whitecheek Tang is not showing any signs of HLLE.
