Yellow lemon peel, stressed, advice?

Yellow lemon peel, 1st 48 hrs, fine. drip acclimated, salinity perfect, all water test, perfect, all other fish, fine. No bites, no tears,.no disease, 55 gall.
Now, hes stressing at bottom, sideways, not good. Is there anything i can do, or is he a gonner? Please advise. Thanku.

Yes, I have a spare 5 gall. I can fill with tank water, and get him i to....

I didnt see him eat in the last 24. He was hiding. Being the new guy.

Make sure you have PVC pipe for hiding...they are pretty timid at first and need to be able to hide to feel safe and not stressed....did you do a fresh water dip to eliminate flukes?

Be familiar with the material on the Disease forum as there are a lot more specifics about medications, etc....but use it as-needed IMO.

Thanks. And, should i do the 5 gallon mini, fill with tank water, and move him to it, ? or is it too late? I cant cure fish stress right? So is he a.gonner.no matter what i do? But i should set up qt tank for next fish? Right? im so.mad, he got stressed, i took my time, and it still isnt working. Very fr

Don't be so down. I feel for your fish and you as well. This is a learning hobby. Stress may be fixed I had a similar problem like you I forget the name but there was an additive that helps relieve fish stress might help.
