I got a yellow neon goby for cleaning my other fish any one out there has any experience with this fish what kind of care does it need please advise

I don't have any personal experience, but here's what I've heard:
QUICK STATS

The head and lower body of the Golden Neon Goby, also called the Yellow Prow Goby, and Yellowstripe Cleaning Goby, are yellow. The dorsal body is black with a horizontal gold stripe.
It should be housed in a 10 gallon or larger aquarium. Rarely will it become aggressive towards other fish, but is territorial, and will fight with its own kind unless they are a mated pair. It is a hardy cleaner species that will service tank mates, cleaning them of parasites, which may help control some diseases, such as Ich.

It feeds on a variety of live and frozen brine shrimp, frozen mysis shrimp, table shrimp, and frozen food preparations for carnivores. If kept in a reef tank, the Golden Neon Goby should be fed once a day.

It is common for the Golden Neon Goby to spawn in an aquarium, laying its eggs in a crevice or empty shell.

How many do you have? If you can get a mated pair, you could sell them back as they lay eggs and make at least an even gain, having fun at the same time.

We had one and it was doing great for about a month before it vanished. From what I've read since, they tend to poof quite often. He was fun to watch though. He ate along with the other fish once or twice a day. No idea what happened.

If they're anything like sharknose gobies (a close relative), they'll feed on what you offer the others, from brine to mysis to the occasional flake. They'll also pick parasites from other fish - and even "groom" your hand; they've got a surprising little nip - but they're not immune to disease. I lost mine to ich.

Their lifespan is supposed to be shortish - about two years or so.
