Yellow Sea cucumber

I have a small yellow cucumber in my 55 gallon and he has started forming little white spots on him. He is not shrinking and his tendrils are out. Does anyone know what may be causing this!

I keep 2 yellow cucumbers in a 90g and I've never seen any white spots. Any chance you can get a photo? Maybe pull it out of the water to get a close up? Maybe rub the white spots to see if the rub off or are attached or even in the skin?
