I recently lost all my fish to velvet apart from yellow tang and a green chromi
When I eventually start to re stock in a few months will it be a problem as the tang will already been in the tank

May want to put the tang in a QT tank for a week or two when introducing the new fish. Really important if you are going to add additional tangs. Add the tangs together as the last additions.

Gotcha! Well that make life easier. I'd still remove the tang, some individuals can be really aggressive to any fish entering what it thinks is its "territory". It might now be used to having the entire tank, depends on what you've observed too!

Sounds like he needs to come out for a bit when the time comes Bit of a pain it be practically impossible to catch
