Yellow tang around eyes is red

So I did a wc this morning and just was looking at my tank. As I was looking at it I seen my yellow tang had red around the eyes. I am wondering if this could be from my rocks and it gets to close to them when trying to swim through the rocks? Any info would be appreciated

I don’t see much

He might of scraped it against a rock Would just watch it see if it heals itself
