I’ve attached a pic of my yellow tang. If you zoom in, you will notice brown areas or patches above her eye. She is currently in the QT. She just completed a 30 day copper treatment.

Is the brown patching normal as this is my first time running a QT. Thank you in advance for your time!

This is common in zebrasoma tangs and copper treatment. It's HLLE. Feed high quality frozen foods enriched with vitamins like Zoecon, selcon, or vitachem and usually a mild case such as yours will heal itself. Maintaining pristine water conditions can help as well.

I do have Selcon but the bottle doesn’t have any suggestions on dosage. Any suggestions or advice on how much to add to the fish food? I currently feed them brine shrimp and mysis shrimp.

I put one or two dropper full into my frozen blend. To guage it. It's probably 30 or so mixed cubes, and couple small peices of LRS sheet. I have 3 QTs and an overstocked 180. This lasts me about 5 days in the fridge.

If you are just mixing up a few cubes I would think a few drops would suffice.
