My YT has developed some brown coloration. It and all fish have been very healthy. All other fish appear to be normal with no unusual markings. YT is acting normal and eating well. Water parameters are normal and have been very consistent. Fish get along well with minor territory guarding at times but no major aggression in the 180 gallon tank. I need help identifying and treatment suggestions. Thank you!

Look like bacterial infection.

Those redish areas can be from a variety of issues, but more than not it can be water quality problems. Do you run a skimmer? Is it doing its job? I'd try first a big water change and then observe. If that doesn't help and the red areas increase or you start to see red streaks as well, it's time for antibiotics in a QT. You have some beautiful corals there and dosing kanaplex + Focus + food + vitamins can be done with some risk to corals and inverts. Using a turkey baster to remove the uneaten food helps. But if you have a QT its much easier and less risky.
In the QT, NFG powder would be my first choice. Furan2 + Kanaplex + Metro would be next choice for 10-14 days.

Thank you! My water quality seem to be good. I just performed a 30 gallon change last Sunday. I plan on doing another today. Can’t hurt. My recent Triton ICP text was all normal. My skimmer is working well. Is it common for only on fish to get an infection? I have a QT ready so I can do that. Thanks again.
