Yellow Tang bruises

Anyone can tell what is this? Today my yellow Tang have this in the skin.

While it could be Uronema, (a protozoan disease) the split in the dorsal fin right next to it could mean that it is from some sort of injury. Do you know how the fin got ripped? There is some damage to the tail fin as well.
Is the tang still eating o.k.?
Do you have a treatment tank if needed?

That looks to me like a severe sting or other injury. That looks like it would have to be from a nasty anemone or perhaps a tankmate. It could become infected relatively quickly. IME a healthy zebrasoma tang in a well-maintained tank can recover from most injuries -- but if not you may well need a treatment tank to treat for infection.
 
Thanks everybody for the tips. I will be watching. I thing another fish is likely bitter him. I have a large tank and an adult Koran fish.
