Yellow Tang Concern. Dark spot then gone

Hi. I was away for 2 days and came home to find my yellow tang with a strange large black spot on it. And it’s swimming lethargically. Then about 15 mins later I went to check up on it again and the large dark spot is gone? But still swims slowly. It used to be shy and hid a lot and now it’s just swims around very slowly. Sometimes i feel like it has problems swimming. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The 1st picture is the very distinct dark spot. The other two are pics of the tang without it 15 mins later. So it’s nothing to worry about? It was the first time I seen it.

Nothing to worry about, it’s very common in most fish
