Last Sunday I noticed that My yellow tang , which i have had for 5 months was acting a bit off, nothing you could put your finger
on just not swimming the same as usual.
Since then he started hiding in a cave and not coming out.
Last night he was bumping into rocks etc and really not right at all.
When i got home from work today he had died.
This fish was filled out and in good shape... no white spots or any other signs of disease.
Other fish in the tank are all in good shape.
Nothing i can do now , but your thoughts on what went wrong would be useful to me.
The tank is 6 months old... im not new to fishkeeping... Large sump tons of live rock a decent bubble magus skimmer
and a refugium. Tank is 90 gallons plus sump.
I test every saturday and have no issues with parameters ... .
Ill do a set off tests now and post results , but i dont forsee any problems there.
