This fish has been like this for about 2 months I can’t figure out what it is. HLLE is what I expect it is but I know it’s not bad nutrition and or stray current. I have 5 other fish in there all fine besides this yellow tang it’s in a 125 gallon. I’m running a carbon reactor. I have a electrical probe in my sump. Also has rapid gils

He's definitely got HLLE going on and I'm possitive it has to do with poor nutrition. Now, the poor nutrition may not be caused by you. Have you seen him poop? Any white stringy poo coming from him?

What kind of carbon are you running? If the media you are using is not a "high grade" or very dusty when you place it in the reactor, that could be a contributing factor as well.

Saw him poop other day it was real thick Green/brown but was taking awhile for it to come out.

Ok, then it's not intestinal worms. What are you feeding him and how often?

Got Auto Feeder on 12PM with Pellet/seaweed pellets and then Seaweed or Shrimps when i get home from work. All my other fish are gaining weight and getting bigger

How long have you had him?
Maybe it's the carbon bothering him. My yellow has hlle also. His health improved when I removed carbon. Maybe try not using carbon for awhile and see if he improves.

Switch up red and green nori. Soak frozen foods in selcon — doesn’t sound like you feed frozen but the pellets and freeze dried (assumed) shrimp aren’t very nutritious. This is some severe HLLE, poor fish :(. Good luck!

Yes, I forgot about the vitamins. Mine get nori everyday, and frozen Rod's food in the morning soaked in vitamin c and frozen mysis in the evening soaked in selcon, pellets for lunch. He doesn't eat too much of the rods food , but he does like the mysis.
