Yellow Tang Died

So I have a 75 gallon saltwater aquarium. Ive had the tang for 2 1/2 weeks now and last night we added 3 new fish and this morning my tang was dead.. any ideas or suggestions? Levels & temp were completely normal...

How old is the tank?

Were the fish QT'ed before being added?

Any noticeable marks on the tang (or other added fish)?

What were the other fish added?

we've had the tank up and running for about 2 months now.We had some tester fish that have been in there for 4+ weeks. We added a baby lion fish, hawkfish, and a clown tang!

The Yellow tang looked like he had a circle dark brown spot on his side when i got him out this morning... he was perfectly healthy last night no spots or anything..
